Typically we speak to you to understand your needs first and thereafter suggest a price which is subject to change depending on the complexity and time spent. Don't worry we do not charge you until we are clear that you agree to the prices. We do not charge on an hourly basis but time is an important factor to determine costs. Simple documents with one round of review may cost SGD$1k. Simple document drafting with one round of review may cost SGD 1.5 k. Communication with you is key.

We are able to draft/review a broad range of agreements including non-disclosure, services, collaboration, data protection, employment, equipment purchase, advertising, IT services integration, ecommerce agreements. We provide legal advisory guidance on a variety of issues: data privacy to manufacturing. We are not able to provide advice on intellectual property, tax, litigation, incorporation of legal entities but we may offer some basic guidance. Contact us so we can assess your requirements.

We understand that some clients may want services at a more dedicated level. Where services are required at a regular frequency  for relatively basic issues, we offer our retainer services where a fixed fee is paid monthly to address basic issues. Where the issues become complex or time consuming, we will inform you such services will no longer be covered by the retainer before we undertake more work on the issue.  We recommend this option to clients who are unable to articulate issues yet.

When a client requires assistance on an issue where we may provide basic guidance we may refer to third party or other experts to render advice and direction. Before we do so, we will first inform you and estimate the costs involved before engaging any third party. As we have stated, communication and transparency is key to our practice.
